Although this is a small watch, it makes a strong impression! Such a regal look in a sturdy wooden case that reminds me of times gone by with the precision I learned from Seiko. The wooden case looks expensive to let you know the movement is well protected inside, and the thin gold seconds hand moves silently across the dial to indicate it's counting down the minutes. Day. This beautiful clock makes no sound! Each digit on the watch is marked with a Roman numeral which also adds character to the watch. In addition, this clock has an alarm clock for which you can choose a loud or quiet tone. I use a battery operated clock to put it in front for easier reading when it's on my TV table in the living room, but it usually sits on my bedroom table most of the time. I carry it into the living room because I miss it and I don't just want to see it at night! Similar to a doctor's or lawyer's office! Oh so glad I found it! It adds so much warmth to my little house!
