Review on 🪒 Kingsland Shaving Co. Straight Razor - Handmade Vintage Wood Handle, Sharpened Steel Blade: Barber Approved Shaving Kit by Jill Smith

This is the second straight razor I've bought. I bought this to use in place of the one that was difficult to grab due to poor construction. However, this razor feels and looks phenomenal. After receiving it I opened it up and thought it looked amazing. When I got my hands on it I wasn't overly impressed with the handle design, but it's a budget razor so it didn't really bother me. I took it out and carried it to the sling. After a good haircut I used it for a shave and everything worked great. So, a few words about this razor. It doesn't stay sharp for long. I seem to have a hard time maintaining the sharpness of this blade compared to my other razors. The handle design seems a little flimsy, but I haven't broken it or had any real problems with it, and I've used it quite a bit. .I personally have a problem with cutting my face with a pointed end on the edge of a blade. Honestly, this is more user error than anything. Overall this razor looks phenomenal and the shape is just gorgeous in the hand. All in all it's a good knife for the price.
