I'm 6ft 0" and 225lbs and I have an XL - bigger than typical US sizing but basically fitted my sizing based on the size chart but the legs are tight fitting. not very elastic at the waist but it fits me. I really like the weight - warmer than athletic jogging pants but not hot like fleece. And the material is nice and stretchy too. The downside is now the seams. trying to find a pair of pants that I could wear as a single layer for runs in temperatures of 20-40F, which is common in Pennsylvania winters. However the seams of the panels around the knees rub against my skin when running or walking which is very annoying. I will still use them for the colder side of those runs with running tights underneath just a disappointment I thought I had found mine one layer but I need 2 more.
