First, no assembly instructions were included with this product. The kit did come with a screwdriver, which was a nice addition, but was a bit contentious with the instructions. It comes with a plate clip, which is good. The overall design is pretty bad. The second rung of the ladder is too small for most birds to move easily, and the roost below is almost impossible to reach from the long perch on the first level. The swings are suspended from chains which I think makes them very unstable and unsafe. Perch It would be better if the top of the tray protruded at least a few inches beyond the perches. I'm keeping it because I'm making modifications for my special needs bird, a bit out of the box I wouldn't recommend this perch.
