Review on 🚗 Polished Silver DC Sports SRI4301 CARB Compliant Short Ram Air Intake System Bolt-On Kit for 2002-2007 Subaru Impreza WRX/STI - Performance Enhancement by Ricardo Ware

I was looking for an air intake for my Wrx 04 (all in stock). If you have a modded Wrx you may need to tweak something to make it work. But if your car is completely stock, this recording will work right away. I've done some research and there are few recipients that don't need to be set. I searched for ak and n typhoon but it was around $250-300, some others were around $200 and I found this 1 for around $120. I did some research before buying but I couldn't find any information on this consumption, whether it needs a tune or not. I looked at a few forums but none had any information, and no reviews here either. So I called Dc Sports and spoke to a few people and they said it would be fine without the tune as it's the only engine mod. I believed them because the MAF sensor looks like it was in the same place as the factory sensor. So I've had it for about a month and it works great, no issues. Pickup has gotten better, I like it! It's quite noisy, you can hear the turbo working, it's nice - while I was installing it I disconnected the battery and after I was done I started the car for a few minutes to help the ECU settle down adapt to the new air flow. I'm not sure if it made a difference or not, but I think it helps. Overall I did feel a difference in throttle response in 1st and 3rd gear, it's quite loud, has a nice intake sound but for the price compared to other intakes it's a steal. The box it came in was a fantastic top quality intake manifold! Save at least $100
