I received it today, I was very excited! The first thing I did was use it. The price is of course great, it is nowhere near as good and relaxing as a massage. You can't really fully relax your shoulders because you have to hold them, even if you put your hands through the holes you still have to control your muscles to hold them and this doesn't allow you to completely melt your muscles Bring during the massage, at least I do. I wish the material inside was softer, it's a coarse mesh and it irritates your skin, the longer you use it the worse it gets, the heating makes it worse, there should be a layer of clothes in between, a thin layer, a towel is too thick. Good that there is a heating function. I have no idea how one could use it in the car, I think only on the shoulders and only for the passenger. It seems to be of good quality but only time will tell, this was just my first impression of it. This thing is not small, not beautiful and not light. I think this would make a lovely Christmas gift for those who spend a lot of time around the table, it's personal enough to show you care but not overly intrusive. Enjoy.
