I don't usually write reviews but I think the customer service earned them these 5 stars. When I received my order I discovered that one of my globes had a small tear (probably due to shipping/handling) so I contacted the seller about this. They offered me a free replacement which arrived within a week. Since then I have been using these globes with no problems. They don't seem to break that easily with normal use as I've accidentally and intentionally banged them together quite a few times so I might get a bad one at first. I use them every night as the last step and they help my cream to absorb better, my skin feels cool, beautiful and moisturized.
