I don't care how much a product costs if I don't generally buy cheap, but I don't have to buy expensive either. I tried a popular American brand that cost around $8-$10 but I thought my eye rash would go away. It was very difficult to take it off. Anyway, I started with HR about 5 years ago because a friend of mine worked in the cosmetics industry and she was a division manager at the time. I asked her and she immediately told me about these products or one of Helena Rubinstein's products. I just love it!
