My mother is 90 and we are beginning to see some issues with the technology. I bought this phone to use as an extension to another base and extension cord. There was no window to leave feedback on the base which includes an autoresponder. That's why I'm writing both reviews here. This product is perfect for the elderly! The buttons are large, they light up when you're calling and there's a beep when the phone is properly inserted in the holder, so you'll always know it's properly inserted! The answering machine has large buttons and is very easy to use. Just remember that extensions need to be registered in the database when they are configured. You have to learn to talk to each other. This is very very easy to do. It was a big improvement in my mother's life - she can easily make calls, receive calls and use the answering machine. You may not think this is such a big deal, but at 90 it is. If you have any problem or your relative or friend has any problem using this material, please buy it immediately. My seller was iShip. Great! I wouldn't hesitate to buy this or any other product from them! It was all a huge 5 star experience!
