Good for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu drills

You can train doing throws, side mount escapes, triangles and armbars and drill position transitions (mount to knee-on-belly, left to right, mount to S-mount, etc.). Take the lightest one (70lb) as they are really heavy to lift and will exhaust you quickly preventing you from doing more reps of drilling which is the main point of a dummy
