I don't think these bearings are necessarily BAD on their own, but they are way over the top in these reviews. These reviewers have either never come across really good camps or they have very low expectations. If you hold the bearing by its inner ring and turn the outside, it will stop in less than half a second. To put this in perspective, take a commercial bearing sold as a skateboard bearing and repeat the same spin test as before - you'll probably never see less than 5 seconds! However, these camps are cheap here. And people don't buy them to put on their skateboards. They don't make a horrible grinding noise when rotated. So if that's a low standard you have to meet to be happy with these bearings, buy them, but just don't believe any of the absurd reviews on here that rave about how good these bearings are. are. Either they don't have a reference system for bearings or they get paid.
