Review on πŸ’‘ Brilliant Illumination: Klein Tools Hard Vented Headlamp – Your Reliable Lighting Solution by Kenneth Wood

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's nice but it could be better!

Klein said it well. But it's made in China. The helmet is a bit heavier than other helmets I've had. I am a commercial electrician. I've been wearing helmets every day for 20 years. I love that you can open the vents on the helmet when it gets hot. I cover vents when drilling into a concrete ceiling or cutting drywall. I've had vents on my other helmets that wouldn't close and got dirt on my head. I like the soft rubber for the guts of the head. Hair gets stuck in hard plastic. I like that the helmet has a detachable headlamp. You can wear it whenever you want or take it off. It hurts to attach a headlamp to a helmet and worry about it falling off! The color I got resembles the color of an eggshell. He's not just white. it looks cool People at work tell me how much they like my helmet. The only thing I don't really like is that the pad moves inside the helmet, which is on top of the head. This causes the inside of the helmet to hit your head if it hits a certain way where there is no padding. Maybe because it's a 4 point helmet instead of a 6 point helmet.

Pros
  • The hard hat features patented front and rear accessory mounts that allow small headlamps to be securely and accurately attached every time - no straps or ties needed!
Cons
  • There are doubts
