The remote keeps leading me to Sony Crackle
I used this product as a replacement for the Roku remote that came with my Roku device. I don't know why it stopped working; Changing the battery didn't help. Either way, that remote kept leading me to the Sony Crackle, which I don't even have as an app on my Roku. It didn't matter who was using the remote as long as it was moving faster than a snail's speed, and sometimes it even sent me to Crackle EVEN WHEN I was browsing YouTube. This remote control is useless to me.
