The remote control constantly throws us out of the frame of what we are doing and takes us to the screen of a random application. It's such a bummer. It's definitely a cheap fake. Even the color on the buttons is a bit on the side and not in the middle of each button.

DO NOT BUY! IT'S A FAKE COPY. No matter what keys you press, you will be taken to the Crackle app. Up arrow, crack. Netflix, snap. Home, back to the cod. It's very annoying, I can't even find anything to look at because it always takes you to the crackle app. I don't even use crackle.

I wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately I didn't use it for a while after buying it so the return period has expired, but it wasn't worth the cheap price. This remote control is programmed to open the Sony Crackle app. Whenever I try to find a show in one of the apps, I always end up in the Sony Crackle app! Or even if I just watch the show, he still does! None of my other remotes do this and it's very annoying that this one does. I even tried downloading the app to stop it but it didn't work.

I used this product as a replacement for the Roku remote that came with my Roku device. I don't know why it stopped working; Changing the battery didn't help.
