This new Roku remote is TERRIBLE! About every 4 or 5 clicks I am automatically redirected to the Sony Crackle app. When I'm searching right now I'm taken to the Sony Crackle app. When I watch movies or TV shows, I am automatically redirected to the Sony Crackle app. That's why I decided to register with Crackle - then maybe it will stop. nope He always brought me there. So I removed the app. still does I can type 5 or 6 letters into my search before it automatically takes me to the Sony Crackle app. Then I have to restart what I did. I called Roku support but they are always busy. And the reviews I've read on Roku support say it's still awful, so I'm going to be even more upset than I am now. Tried all settings to no avail. Nothing on the net about that either. So I'm going to return this piece of junk and use the Roku app on my phone, which doesn't have this problem. PROBLEM SOLVED!
