This remote control is programmed to open the Sony Crackle app. Whenever I try to find a show in one of the apps, I always end up in the Sony Crackle app! Or even if I just watch the show, he still does! None of my other remotes do this and it's very annoying that this one does. I even tried downloading the app to stop it but it didn't work.
