The bag was sold at 6pm and came with no Frye leather tag on the strap and no dust bag. There was some dirt and lint inside as if it had been used. A drop of something white on the skin, scraped off with some effort. but still. I was very disappointed with these details. However, this was the newest bag in black with antique bronze fittings, so an exchange is not possible. So I think I'll keep it, but there's no excuse for it not having a dust bag and logo tag. These bags are expensive and I expect them to feel new and be worth the money. The design and appearance of the bag is beautiful, the skin is soft. The interior is black canvas and it's like an abyss because my wallet, makeup bag and sunglass case are black. It's good that I feel the way to what I need.
