I have a German Shepherd mix with hip problems (surprise) and have been on Platinum Performance (and other products: Cosequin). I originally received my first batch from the vet. I still love the Platinum but the price of this item is very reasonable and it handles it so well. I can tell the difference when she's there and when she's not. She is not a spring chick and this product is helping her joints during the cold winter months. I just sprinkle it over her kibble and rinse it off with water - she eats it right away. I would recommend this to any pet owner looking for a little relief and support.
