I love using this foot and I use it on mine.
I really enjoy using this foot and use it on my Janome DC 2012 which I take to class. I don't use sewing instructions but they are easy to put on the foot. Very easy to feed my fabric. I find that the seam guide on the regular 1/4 inch foot is great for long strips of fabric, but the guide makes joining blocks with seams difficult. I'm so glad I found this leg!
