The second blanket doesn't work
I first bought one of these blankets and noticed that the top half didn't heat up. I asked for a replacement and before I even sent the first duvet back, the second duvet stopped working completely within a few days. Now both ceiling controls will not turn on. I unplugged and plugged them back in, tried several working outlets, and not a single blanket would turn on. Too bad, because the blanket itself is very soft and cuddly. I was expecting a quality product at this price point and am confused as to why I am having these issues when there are so many good reviews for this duvet.
