A bad reaction is best with eyelash extensions and primers
I have tried several different eyeliners and eyeliners but I had problems with this eyeliner. The pad sticks to my eyelids and it looks like scabs. It's like burning. even over my regular eyeliner. I have a weird headache almost from eye strain which I think could be an allergic reaction. Discontinue use immediately after the first attempt.
