I have them on my facial suction mask when I work out. It's the last thing you need when you're out of breath. They seem a little uncomfortable at first, but I quickly got used to them and now use them all the time. I use reusable sheet masks, not disposable masks. If you use pleated disposable masks, you can use an accordion to attach this mount to the pleats to keep them in place. If it tends to slip off, try tugging the mask up a bit. That worked great for me.
