Review on TuffRider Children's Baroque Paddock Zipper Girls' Shoes: Stylish and Durable Footwear for Girls by Mike Nix

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable, seem durable and it was great value for money!

I was pleasantly surprised with these boots. Sizing wise I usually wear between a 7.5 and 8 and based on the reviews here I ordered a 7.5. They fit perfectly, with a little extra room for thicker socks in winter. The ankle is a little tight - I would say my ankles are medium sized but maybe thinner. So that might be a problem for some. But for me they are perfect - they stand up to a little "shrinkage" but when I first put them on in the barn they didn't chafe or feel too stiff - in fact there are memory foam insoles, what is nice surprise. Durability: They're a bit chunkier than most paddock boots, which I really like. The sole is quite thick, so you can not only ride in them, but also work in the stable. They appear to be quite durable, but time will tell if the sole and leather hold up or if the zip doesn't work for me (a common problem with these types of boots). Shipping: They arrived fairly quickly, but the shoebox had an odd stain. Like someone had a cat that threw up all over them. Luckily, the shoes inside appeared to be intact, but I felt a little nauseous. Overall I give these boots 5 stars and hope they last! I ride twice a week and sometimes spend most of the day in my boots, so I'd like to get a few years out of every pair I buy.
