I love my Nesco food dehydrator and use it all the time. If you're like me, you'd rather make a lot at once than make small batches a lot more often. I don't have time to deal with dehydration during the week, so I need to make a batch over the weekend and want to be able to make enough for the next week. These extra trays help me with that, and if you use the dehydrator a lot, I'd recommend buying extra ones. I didn't get them at first because I wanted to be sure I would use this item enough to justify buying more trays. After a few games I realized I needed them. Good product!
