3.5 stars. It was fairly easy to build, despite the lack of pilot holes. I was able to do most of it myself with a screwdriver, then my husband took over and did the rest (I was tired ^_^). I like the two tiers of this table as our son is 13 months old so the bottom table is right next to his tummy and the top table is bigger near his ribs so he can switch from one to the other (my advice: if your child to travel instead of walking, laying down an old yoga mat when they kneel/sit). He loves to put fish/people on the diving board so I can jump in and use the cups to spread the water everywhere. My biggest caveat with this table is that the starfish wheel is pretty boring and there are no other moving parts, which I realized before I bought it. I bought this mainly for an umbrella because it is very hot and bright in our garden. Kids old enough to pretend can appreciate the scope for imagination/free play with this table, but my younger toddler needs something more interactive. I'll look for a windmill to put on the table to spice it up a bit.
