Disappointed with Tupperware Jar

I've spent far more on this jar than any other I've looked at because of the Tupperware name. I was very disappointed when it arrived and the first time I used it the lid fell apart when I tried to pull it out. I reassembled it and tried again and the same thing happened. So I went to K-Mart and bought a $3 jug and it works great.
