In general - the first jamb that I made - I took them out of the box and immediately began to use it, but usually I first read the instructions, only then I use the equipment. You can never do that! This is a tricky technique! The instructions say in black and white - in order to properly activate the device before use, connect them with a wire to the mains and charge for 1.5 hours, only then the headphones and the charging case are correctly activated from the factory sleep state. I did not, even though I ated their firmware, but they worked with a glitch. How to fix it - we reset them completely to the factory state using a proprietary application in iPhone / Android, plug them into a power outlet, charge them, and then they will work correctly. Next, the most important thing, every time you finish using them, take them out of your ears before putting them in the case, go to your phone's bluetooth settings and click "turn off"! Everything! If you do not, the ears will be constantly pively turned on, being in the case in search of a device to which they can connect, thereby draining their batteries to zero, then charging from the case and eventually setting both themselves and him to zero. That's what's wrong! Moreover, if you have disabled them, after enabling them, they instantly connect to your device without any problems! In general, just understand this technically complex device, you need to understand how to use it. I repeat once again - we reset it to the factory settings, charge the case for 1.5 hours, and every time after using it we "turn off", it takes a second of time (not to be confused with "forget the device"). Everything! Now enjoy these AMAZING headphones with tons of awesome features! By the way, they hold a charge for a really long time. For 2.5 hours of active use, they were only 30% discharged, the case quickly charged them up to 100% and there was still 90% of the charge left in it, and all this lasts for as many days as you need, without that nasty discharge!
