Update 4/5/20: I was able to figure out the confusing driver installation process. It never made sense and didn't seem set up to be user friendly. Also, it works as I had hoped. I researched this device specifically for use with my laptop model. Once the drivers are installed, I am asked to pay $9.99 per month for "Update Outdated or Missing Drivers". It's possible there isn't one, but it was advertised as 'plug and play' and I'm not interested in doing much research to get it working for me. I will likely return this product at no additional cost if it cannot be used.
