Excellent integration between phone, computer, tablet.
Very good integration between phone, computer, tablet. I've had a couple of challenges where the call was dropped, either during recording or during playback (which happens occasionally), but nothing serious enough to report back. In general, I haven't experienced any problems other than those mentioned above. Webinars run smoothly and sound great over conference lines and broadband connections. They did a fantastic job in terms of streaming and allowing me to change settings. Easy setup. Great feedback from participants, who were happy with the service and would use again. Customer service is excellent - responsive and helpful. One suggestion: If I could give them 10 stars, I'd do it!

Cons
- Price point may be too high for smaller groups.
- The webinar hosting is fairly expensive compared to others we have used.
