I bought and installed this fan. It was pretty easy to install. It was loud on high settings, like a vibration in an engine. I removed it thinking there might be loose screws. I reinstalled it and the same noise came from the motor. I had three other brands of non-Honeywell fans that I recently installed in my new home. I called Honeywell and customer service said a technician would call me in a few weeks. Several weeks have passed and no call. I removed the fan and bought a different brand of fan that I used. Honeywell will not take back the fan because more than 30 days have passed. Pay attention to the return policy and customer service.
