The ability to see what ads are performing best in specific locations, as well as being able to add new campaigns without having to wait for approval from an agency first! It's easy to set up campaigns but I wish they had more flexibility with where you could place your ads geographically (states instead of cities) or even within certain times like during work hours. Also would be nice if we were allowed to send emails directly to clients that their ad was placed rather than just getting it through our own client portal. We've been using this software since April 2017 when groundtruth launched. At its peak, about 1/3 of all Google search queries came via organic searches - now only around 10%. This has led us to have better control over which leads convert into paying customers vs those who don't engage at all.
