These are balloon bundle refills, my daughter loves them but an $8 pack of 100 lasts two days at best. It adds up. So I found a YouTube video that explains how to reuse bunches of balloons. Well it wasn't easy and hard on my fingers. I'm so glad I found her. If you follow the instructions on the pictures it took me an hour and a half to charge 10 bundles which is around 3-400 or so. Now when I make regular balloons it takes much longer and when I'm done I'll be wet. This way I can have balloons ready for a week cheaper than dollar tree prices. You can just get some balloons, but in the summer, a water balloon costs about $30 a week. Forget it. Those are water balloons, that's the right price for me.
