Well actually I bought myself a girls sterling rainbow heart pendant, multicolored faux gemstones, pointed baguettes. It's pretty detailed, and to be honest, the necklace itself is a bit detailed too. Don't get me wrong - this necklace is amazing. The rainbow-colored faux gemstones are a fun and playful touch, and the heart-shaped charm is cute enough to gift to your girlfriend (age dependent, of course). But... there is a but. My biggest issue with this chain is its size. It's hefty - both in terms of the pendant itself and the chain that goes with it. I always prefer statement pieces but this one seemed over the top. And with a chain this massive, it didn't feel like something that was easy to slip on or off. Maybe I'm picky too, but I couldn't help but feel that some of the gems looked a bit cheap. They're modeled so I wasn't expecting perfection, but the pair in particular looked oddly cloudy. In short, if you are looking for a bold and bright necklace for a teenage girl or someone who loves large jewelry, the Sterling Rainbow Heart Necklace pendant may be just what you need. But for me and my daily life it was too...too much.
