I need VERY soft, non - Greasy eye makeup remover. My eyes are VERY sensitive. I thought it would be perfect. OIL-FREE AND GENTLE! HOORAY! NOT AS MUCH. First it came without a seal, without. Second, when I tipped the bottle it looked like vegetable oil, there were layers of something that DID NOT MIX. You know the saying: oil and water don't mix? This is what it looked like. I put some on my finger and it was like a lotion that quickly absorbed into the skin. Not greasy but smooth and silky. Might make a good hand lotion! In decades of wearing eye makeup, I've never seen anything like it. BUT my hand felt soft after putting it on, maybe they should try renaming it! CONCLUSION: I love MOST Neutrogena products but not the Seal, which is a weird immiscible liquid that feels like lotion on my arm. DEFINITELY don't bring it anywhere near my eyes.
