My search is not up - a drying eye makeup remover that could handle waterproof mascara ran out when I found this Neutrogena product. The feel of the product on my skin is different: slippery, cool, slightly greasy. Not bad, just not the creamy feel of a lotion-based makeup remover or a cool wipe of an alcohol-based remover. HARD NO and WHY best in Makeup Cleansing Water

I need VERY soft, non - Greasy eye makeup remover. My eyes are VERY sensitive. I thought it would be perfect. OIL-FREE AND GENTLE! HOORAY! NOT AS MUCH. First it came without a seal, without. Really really works great

I've been really amazed how it worked. I had three shades of green eyeshadow mixed in front of my eyes, ranging from dark green, almost black, to a medium aqua tone. THEN I had a glitter liner/shadow on top which I used to make a thick line along the lash line and then applied over the green to have glitter here and there on the lid. I have hypersensitivity skin, and when I find products that work with me, they become my lifelong friends. I have used high quality oil free products but prefer this cheaper product to wash my face every night.
