Great at home equipment. Durable and lends itself to multiple exercises.

I came across this balance trainer on Instagram, after seeing a professional tennis player do at-home exercises on the half ball. It's easy to inflate, durable, and sleek. I would highly recommend buying it. I don't use the resistance bands that much but it is a nice addition. The only minor issue is that the bands don't seem to be of equal strength. Otherwise this was a fantastic buy.
