Hey guys. I used Color B4 twice as shown in the photos. My natural hair is a pale ash blonde, I've been dying for a very long time. I'm crazy about hair colors and this time I wanted to go from a very dark brown to red. The CB4 does exactly what it says on the tin and I recommend reading the instructions very carefully. Taking a few extra steps will not only make your hair soft and amazing, but it won't smell dry or very faint when wet, even when you dip your head in for the first time afterwards. one after which you don't mind quitting. This will help keep the stink out and also keep out the occasional burst of heat to help the CB4's work. Make sure you bring a clock to see in the shower. When you have completed ALL the required flushes as well as Part C, continue with the next steps for the best result. After Part C, use a half-distilled white vinegar, half-water rinse. I'm sure coconut oil will do the same but cheaper. After blow drying it I couldn't even tell I had done anything significant to my hair other than a lighter color. Just wanted to share my strategies as encouraged by my awesome hairdresser friend. The smell just doesn't matter much when you're kicking the vinegar. My husband is quite picky about strange smells and he didn't say a word. Much luck!
