Broken after 4 uses

I bought this cool bag for my husband for work. He has used it 4 times since arriving and it has already broken. The front leg is broken off. It wobbles when you try to turn it over. The bottom seal is clogged with water. I am extremely disappointed. If I could send it back I would.
