Very user friendly booking system with good support

Easy to navigate through website, excellent payment processing options via Paypal or CC as well. Can easily track bookings using our own reporting tools within minutes after making each reservation - very helpful when your clients are coming out from under rock! Have had no issue so far in terms of payments/transactions not showing up properly (which I'm sure is due to having too many reservations at once). Great customer service team available during business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST which helps if we have questions about transactions that didn't process correctly on day 1 but did show later on during the week. We do hotel block rate agreements where multiple groups can reserve one building together for travel purposes; they're easy to manage and great way to cut down potential errors since all of us work remotely sometimes. The best thing about this software is that it helps you to manage your tours effectively as well as easily organize them in batches so that they can be sent out without any hassle at all. I have been using their service since years now but never had anything bad to say or complain about. It has helped me plan my trips very efficiently by sending multiple notifications regarding different aspects like dates, time slots etc which are really helpful especially when planning holidays overseas.

Pros
  • Quick response times with helpdesk staff.
  • Payment system works flawlessy even though there's more than 2% charges involved per transaction because everything else gets managed seamlessly including booking data entries into DB automatically everytime something changes.!! :)
  • Customer support representatives working between 8 am & 5 pm local standard US Pacific Time helping everyone over phone
