Although I am a Turtle Beach fan myself, my teenage son is very happy with this Thrustmaster Rainbow Six headset. He plays all his games via PC, usually Steam. He and his friends often play Rainbow Six online together, so he was very excited that this headset was named after it. He likes their looks, says they are very comfortable and he is happy with the sound quality. He wasn't thrilled that they were the best he's ever used, but he uses them every day and seems very happy with them. Instead of giving them amazing sound quality, but that's generally the case with gaming headsets. You make them for a very different purpose than the headphones you use for music. The microphone also works very well with this headset. My son uses this set for hours every day talking to people in game and they can hear him with no problem. pay a little more for a headset. Easy to double. So for the features of this headset and for the price, it's a solid choice for a Rainbow Six fan who doesn't want to shell out around $200 for something with surround sound quality.
