I bought a slim version of Extra Large for my Neverfull GM (biggest size). I chose a narrow one so I can easily tighten my bag. Not sure if the regular Neverfull Extra Large Pelikus would make tying more difficult, but I used the Original Club organizer in the GM equivalent size - I didn't like the shape of the bag. This one is perfect. It has a great structure but isn't too stiff and the pockets are a good and comfortable size. Definitely consider thin if you want to organize your small items but still want the bag to look more flexible.
