The big Plus for this is because of the curved retro design looks cool and this nestles right into a corner. Fits right up into the corner on my bathroom counter. I also had sitting for awhile on my mid century vanity - the curved corners matched the vanity's design and the slightly retro look of the pink that I have did as well.Overall this little organizer looks bit nicer than I expected, even though it feels like what it is - basic plastic. I debated 3 or 4 stars and went with 3 because it's basic and average, so 3 is fair. If the price reflected this (was lower) then 4 stars would be fair.The drawers are "cheap", but the accomplish what they need too. On the one I have they don't line up perfectly on the edge (see photos), but that doesn't bother me too much - but I can see it bothering others quite a bit. Because of this unpredictable quality I wouldn't say this is NOT gift-able.The drawer handles are rubber pulls that need to be installed. They're functional, but little knobs would look better - however - the current price point ($27) is already too high for the materials this is made of.All this said - this works really well for make up, facial products, bathroom odds and ends, art supplies, desk items, etc. Perfect for a first apartment, guest room, bathroom counter, vanity, work desk, art desk, Dorm. Nice addition to any mid century designed room. Would recommend!
