Not what was advertised but not broken yet. I just wish the company was more open about what they sell. Why would they sell you a product with a great description and then offer you something of lesser quality? I just do not understand. No, I have not written to the company nor have I attempted to return the money. I just settled for the crap I got because I'm very busy and don't have time to take the rest of my reel to the post office, wrap it up and send it back just to wait a few more weeks for the process and myself send. the only true. i need something now I just don't like dishonesty, that sucks! If a company sees my review and wants an improvement, they can contact me. Customer service should be the most important product.
