Great for customer service training
Bought this for work so one of my experienced account reps could train a new employee. We had one in the office who finally stopped working; it has been with the department for over 17 years. That's a long time for a product. So when I ordered this one, the exact same one we are replacing, I knew it would be another 17 years before it needed replacing. The sad part. I may still be with the same company 17 years later, placing the same order.
