These are really good shoes. The wearing comfort is above average. I've found that even after breaking in, they don't slide as well as other types of shoes. Despite the convenience, I'm not a big fan of heel gels. It works great when walking with a heavy load, but I feel it's not very comfortable when standing for long periods. Maybe it's just me or personal preference. Generally good shoes.
