Years ago my dermatologist told me to apply a moisturizing lotion to my skin after bathing. I also swim every day. Applying lotion within five minutes of showering has always been problematic and time-consuming. My dermatologist also recommended using Dove and a few years later I discovered the Deep Moisture shower gel and it was fantastic and I didn't have to use lotion afterwards (I think the shower gel can penetrate the skin? ). Regular use of the deeply moisturizing shower gel has also cleared up minor skin irritations that had not responded to my previous use of the after shower lotion. A really wonderful product!
