Finally a cell phone holder that works and won't drop your phone if you take a quick turn or hit a bump. It has a hook to grab the back of your AC vent grommet which can't fall off the vent without breaking, unlikely. It's a smart design compared to those that use friction clamps to hold your air vent grille, pretty dashboard, suction cup windshield or stick tape to your dashboard. It is fully detachable without damaging the car dashboard. I can only recommend that. It has metal plates with a double-sided adhesive strip, two circles and one rectangular, to stick to the phone body and not the dashboard. You can also just leave the self-adhesive plastic on the plate and place it between the phone and the back cover, the metal is thin enough that the plates don't need to be semi-permanent. It's good if you change cases or phones in the future.
