Both my husband and I have been using these. I love the scent of these shower steamers and am using them for my nighttime showers. The foil is easy to open but I do need to get better at opening foil shower steamers without making a mess of little foil pieces.These last long enough for my long showers, even once they are gone I can still smell the scent. I think they would make a nice scent for my nighttime foot baths, too, when I've taken my shower earlier in the day. I use lavender scents to help me wind down for bed and these do a great job of telling my brain to relax.I like that these don't have any particles that don't dissolve, I worry about our drains when there are solid particles to run down them. Do be aware that it is suggested that you use these within 3 months of opening the package.
