This is a great product for my son to learn about saving money and keeping valuables safe. My own problem with this is the set up. The safe comes stuck in password please voice mode. It tells you that the preset password is 0000. When the safe is stuck in password please voice you have to keep pressing 0000000000 until it finally opens. Once you figure this part out and open the safe you can flip the switch to beep mode. This will allow you to use the safe properly. Very stupid design on that part. Not sure if that was a defect on mine or what but that was frustrating to figure out no where in the instructions did i find a spot to warn you about this!
