Review on BugAware by David Roberts

I like that it is very intuitive for new users as well as advanced users. It also has great documentation which makes learning about bug tracking even easier than other programs out there! The only thing i dislike is how slow some functions are sometimes when you have multiple tabs open or more then one window up at once. If your looking into this product make sure you look around first because they do offer free trials but if you go through them just be aware that their support may not always help in solving issues quickly enough so try another program before making any decisions. We use BUGWARE primarily to keep our project managers informed regarding what we need fixed/changed by end user testers. Also its helpful when sending change requests back to clients who aren't actively involved in testing themselves.
